HumanisNG teaches artificial intelligence (AI) in person, with a Technologist sitting beside you on a device you already own. We work with individuals, small groups, and organizations in Miami-Dade County, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and Manhattan. All three formats follow the same method, from the short intro call to practicing with the AI tool on your device.
HumanisNG believes everyone now has access to AI tools, but a gap lies between those who know how to use them and those who don’t. We also believe AI skills can be learned, and they’re best learned with a patient person beside you, which is why we teach in person.
Everyone says you should be using AI. Almost no one will sit beside you and show you how. We do. A Technologist leads every session and works through hands-on tasks with you. If desired, in certain circumstances, we can teach you virtually.
The method is the same for a firm’s partners as it is for one person at home, and it follows the same four steps every time.
Before your first session, you book a short intro call with us. On that call, we talk about what you want AI to do for you or your organization, assume nothing about what you already know, and answer your questions about pace, price, and format.
Your Technologist works on your device, set up the way you already use it. The first session is a hands-on introduction to AI basics, starting with you opening the AI tool of your choice. You choose from three generative AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Organizations on Microsoft 365 can also work in Microsoft Copilot. When a new tool proves itself, we add it.
In that first hour, you put the tool to work on a task that matters to you. You bring your own material, such as a letter from your doctor, a question about a financial statement, a message to a grandchild, a lease, or a trip to plan. A firm brings a client memo, a proposal, or the report its team rebuilds every week.
When the session ends, the AI tool stays on your device, ready for you to practice.
Your Technologist teaches you to talk to generative AI the way you talk to a person and to write a clear prompt. You learn to connect your AI assistant to the accounts, programs, and files you already use. You also learn why the tool sometimes answers incorrectly and how to check an answer before you act on it.
Because you work hands-on, on your own device and on your own tasks, you build practical skills tied to something you already do at home or at work. The skills built on these tasks are the ones people keep using long after the program ends. In the in-home course, you learn at your own pace, and sessions adapt to your vision, hearing, and mobility needs.
Our in-person AI training programs come in three formats:
A Technologist works with you in our in-home AI courses. Essential AI Skills runs four weekly sessions of about an hour each.
In small group workshops, you work alongside other learners (eight to twenty people total), led by one Technologist.
Teams of 10 to 100 people take part in AI training for organizations, which starts with a short scoping call. Most programs run as two three-hour sessions for groups of up to about twenty.
We vet and background-check every Technologist and train each one in the HumanisNG method before their first session, and many come from education backgrounds. In each session, your Technologist starts from your current knowledge and explains each step and the AI concepts behind it in plain language. We take no fees or commissions from the AI companies whose tools we use, so the tool your Technologist recommends is the one that fits your tasks.
