Essential AI Skills brings a vetted Technologist to your home for four weekly one-on-one sessions of about an hour, each adapted to your vision, hearing, and mobility needs. You work on your own device at your own pace, starting with something you want done, such as a letter from an insurer, a lease, a trip to plan, staying in touch with family, or learning to spot a scam and knowing what never to share. If desired, in certain circumstances, we can teach you virtually.
One Technologist leads each workshop of eight to twenty people, who learn the same generative AI tools side by side on their own devices. Clubs, community organizations, and senior living communities bring us in, and so do groups of friends.
We vet and background-check every Technologist, with no exceptions, and they complete training in the HumanisNG method before their first session.
Technologists are fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, and they know when an answer needs checking.
Many come from education backgrounds, and each one starts wherever you are.
