We measure a program by what people do differently on Monday, not by what they remember from a slide. The method behind every session is the same whether we work with a firm’s partners or with one person at home.
Every program starts with a short scoping call with your operations lead. On that call, we agree on how to divide a larger team into groups. We then design the program from the ground up around your own documents and the tasks your people handle every day. The first session usually takes place a few weeks after the call.
From the first session, your team works on real matters from your own organization and can use what it produces right away. Along the way, the Technologist shows where AI helps and where a person still has to make the call.
We train on the AI services your organization has already approved, and we teach responsible use as a habit. Everyone learns which documents may go into a tool and which never leave the building. Your people become capable with the tools you already pay for.
A national youth-sports organization: We designed a live program around the senior leadership’s own workflows and delivered it to two groups of roughly twenty leaders each.
A New York wealth management firm: We trained the team on Microsoft Copilot, using the firm’s own Microsoft 365 services and building each session around its clients, calendars, and inboxes.

Most programs are two three-hour sessions for groups of up to about twenty. We run larger teams in several groups, and we agree on how to divide them during the scoping call.
Your people train in the AI systems your organization has approved. They also learn which documents may go into a tool and which must stay inside the organization.
We teach people to use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, along with Microsoft Copilot for organizations on Microsoft 365. As new tools prove themselves, we add them.
