About HumanisNG

HumanisNG is an AI company founded in 2026 by people with technology, advisory, and educational backgrounds. We work in person with individuals, small groups, and organizations in Miami-Dade County, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and Manhattan, with seasonal Hamptons availability by inquiry. From one person at home to the senior leadership of a national organization, we help people stay current with artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies that can improve their lives.

How We Work

Everyone has AI tools now, so we believe the gap is no longer access. It's between people who can direct those tools and people who can't. That ability can be learned, and it's learned best with someone patient beside you.

Every session happens in person or virtually, on your own device, with a Technologist we've vetted, background-checked, and trained ourselves. Your Technologist starts with your current knowledge and explains each step in plain language. When the session ends, the AI tool stays on your device, ready for you to practice. This process is the same across all three formats of our in-person AI training programs:

In-home 1-on-1 sessions:

One Technologist takes you through Essential AI Skills, four weekly sessions of about an hour each, and you progress at the pace you set.

Small group workshops:

Eight to twenty people learn together, led by a Technologist.

Programs for organizations:

For a team of 10 to 100 people, we start with a short scoping call and build the program around the team's own work.

We sell no software, build no custom AI, and write no strategy reports. Our work is to make you capable with the generative AI tools you already have.

Our Technologists

We work only with highly experienced Technologists, many of whom come from education backgrounds, and one of them leads every HumanisNG session. Our Technologists have many skills and traits:

Technical skills:

They are fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, and have the judgment to know when an answer needs checking.

A gift for teaching:

They have the ability to teach clients at every level, from a first-time user at home to a firm's senior partners.

Character, patience, and trust:

They work in people's homes and offices, on the devices those people own. That work calls for patience and the kind of character that earns trust.

Vetted and trained:

Every Technologist is background-checked and completes training in the HumanisNG method before their first session.

HumanisNG has no product to push, so your Technologist recommends the tool that fits the tasks that matter to you and shows you how to use AI effectively for them.

We are hiring in Miami-Dade County and Manhattan, and applications to become a Technologist are open for part-time, in-person work with local travel.
