The method is the same whether we are working with a firm's partners or one person at home or virtually.
We work on the device you own, set up the way you already use it. In the first hour, you open the AI tool of your choice and put it to work on a task that matters to you, and the tool stays on your device afterward, ready for practice.
You bring your own material, often a letter from a doctor, a question about a financial statement, or a message to a grandchild. A firm might bring a client memo, a proposal, or the report their team rebuilds every week. The skills built on these tasks are the ones people keep using long after the program ends.
You talk to generative AI the way you talk to a person. You learn to write a clear prompt and connect your AI assistant to the accounts, programs, and files you already use. You also learn why it sometimes answers incorrectly and how to check an answer before you act on it.
HumanisNG's AI training for organizations serves teams of 10 to 100 people. Those teams come from law firms, insurance and brokerage offices, accounting practices, wealth management firms, family offices, and specialty medical practices, along with companies in health care, energy, industry, and consumer businesses.
For example, we designed a live program for the senior leadership of a national youth-sports organization around their own workflows and delivered it to two groups of roughly twenty leaders each. We also trained the team of a New York wealth management firm on Microsoft Copilot using their own Microsoft 365 services and built the training around their clients, calendars, and inboxes.
Each program begins with a short scoping call with your operations lead. From there, we build your organization's training program from scratch. Most are two sessions of three hours each for groups of up to about twenty, and larger teams run in several groups. Our most experienced Technologists lead every session.

From the first session, participants work on real matters from their own organization. Anything they produce is something they can use right away. The Technologist shows where AI helps and where a person still has to make the call.
We train your people on the AI services your organization has approved and teach responsible use as a habit, so everyone knows which documents may go into a tool and which never leave the building. Your people become capable with the tools you already pay for.
Our in-home AI courses are for adults who want to work one-on-one. Start with something you want to get done, such as a letter from an insurer, a lease, a trip to plan, a daily briefing, an inbox or a to-do list that has gotten away from you, keeping up with family, or learning to spot a scam and knowing what never to share. A Technologist comes to your home and works with you on your own device, one hour at a time. If desired, courses can be virtual. No jargon. No ego.

Each workshop brings eight to twenty people together with one Technologist to learn how to use the same generative AI tools side by side, each on their own device. We offer them through clubs, community organizations, and senior living communities, and for groups of friends who want to work together.
We hire highly experienced Technologists for their technical skill and their ability to teach clients at every level to use the tools that improve their work and their lives. Each one is vetted and background-checked, with no exceptions, and completes training in the HumanisNG method before their first session. No. Our AI courses are built for non-technical adults, and the first session, a hands-on introduction to AI basics, begins with opening the tool on your own device. The Technologist starts wherever you are.
Most programs are two sessions of three hours each, for groups of up to about twenty. For a firm of thirty, we agree on how to divide your people into groups during the scoping call. The first session usually happens a few weeks after that call.
We work with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, plus Microsoft Copilot for organizations on Microsoft 365. As new tools prove themselves, we add them. In the Find Your Tool session, you choose the one that fits your tasks and devices.
